Your account has now matured. Let us know what you want to do with your money.

You can still choose a different product (also known as a product transfer), make a withdrawal or close your account. You have a few options to do this.

Choose a different product:

• Log into your account and request a product transfer using our secure message facility
• Write to us to let us know what product you’d like and sign the letter so we can verify you. You can compare our savings accounts to help you choose a new product
• Visit one of our branches

Withdrawals/account closures:

• Visit one of our branches
• Complete one of our savings forms depending on what you'd like to do
• Complete an electronic payment (CHAPS) form. A £20 charge applies.
