It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to get set up for Mortgage Hub, just follow these three steps and you're there.

Step 1. Request new password

You're already set up on the system using your current email address. All you need to do is request a password reset to get going.

Step 2. Check your inbox

Once you've requested your password change, check your inbox for an email from the Mortgage Hub. Open it and click on the link inside.

Step 3. Set your new password

Clicking on the link allows you to set a new password and security questions - please make sure not to use your previous password.
